Our Business Development Executive position is a full time, quota carrying position located in San Francisco, CA. This individual will be responsible for building & growing sales opportunities in the west coast.
- Prospecting and cold calling CIOs, IT Managers, while breaking into mid-large sized companies that have product development or staff augmentation needs
- Navigate multiple stakeholders, gain access and present our technology innovation capabilities and our success stories working with other US brands
- Monitoring and reporting on all sales activities via company’s custom CRM
- Participating in ongoing sales training/coaching
- Attending local meetups, technology events and conferences in the west coast on behalf of Perfomatix and utilising the business networking opportunities for lead generation
- 0-3 years of IT/ Software services sales experience
- Good understanding of software development and the popular technology stacks
- Exposure and Interest in emerging trends in the technology space such as Machine Learning, IOT, Blockchain etc.
- Proven track-record of hitting quota through cold prospecting
- Good communication skills and networking skills
- Previous experience both opening and closing enterprise level accounts is a Plus
- Selling services above $100K is a PLUS
- Must have some experience with consultative selling OR enterprise selling
- Creative, engaging, outgoing, curious, ambitious and fearless
- An assertive individual, who can take charge and is proactive.
